A key component of these inverters is the IGBT POWER STACK, which includes capacitors, IGBT modules and a large GATE UNIT that manages their operation. However, the GATE UNIT is often the critical point that causes the most damage to the Power Block.  <\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Despite the fact that our test system involves power testing with the IGBT POWER STACK mounted directly on the inverter in our laboratory, it has been found that, in some cases, the GATE UNIT subjected to certain alarms or typical field problems (which cannot be reproduced in the laboratory) fails to lock the solar converter. This problem is due to faulty electronic components in the GATE UNIT that occur only under specific conditions, sometimes causing explosions. <\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\">To address this problem, our R&amp;D department designed, built, programmed, and commissioned a test bench specifically for the R-series GATE UNIT boards. This system, controlled through a PLC, simulates all operating conditions, working on the inputs and outputs of the board. The test is able to verify 100 percent correct operation of the board, issuing a detailed report.
